Operating as an independent entity, the venue will benefit from the proven leadership and artistic expertise of the PCA Productions team. The revival of the theatre serves as the marquee project for the Town of Millsboro’s broader downtown redevelopment initiative—a strategic effort aimed at restoring the historic district to its vibrant heyday.
