The Revival House is bringing back The Horror Trailer Challenge with a chance to bring home a portion of the $1,500 cash up for grabs! This is your chance to take part in a fun film challenge and have your project seen on the big screen in front of a crowd at the Milton Theatre. Time to break out the camera gear, buy those gallons of fake blood, and gather your friends to make the greatest horror trailer you can imagine! The 7th annual Horror Trailer Challenge is happening Sunday, October 25th at the Milton Theatre.Since its inception, the trailer challenge has grown in popularity and response, with submissions coming in from all across the state and region. All participating filmmakers will have the opportunity to demonstrate their demonic visions on a movie screen in front of a live audience and compete for a chance to win $1500 in cash prizes. Keith Turner grew up playing piano in the golden age of R & B, Classic Rock, and Motown,the 60’s & 70’s. He studied music at CCC while writing and performing originals and ELP for his class which included the late Billy Paul. Keith was ecstatic when asked to play in Tarkus. Keith Emerson was one of my earliest influences shall we say “From the Beginning! Mike is a well respected multi-instrumentalist out of the New Jersey/Philadelphia area. Coming from a musical family, Mike starting out drumming following in the footsteps of his older brother John. His father was an accomplished singer and front man, and Mike’s sister Karen plays piano. Music was always permeating throughout the household, including the music of Genesis, Yes, ELP, and The Beatles. Mike started guitar at age 11 and had formal lessons from jazz instructor Bill Johnson out of New Jersey. John started drumming at age 13. His influences include John Bonham, Carl Palmer, Dave Weckl and Buddy Rich among many others. He studied with local instructors and played in school bands as a teenager. After years of playing in area clubs, he moved out west to attend The Musicians Institute in Hollywood, CA where he graduated with honors. John toured the Vegas casino circuit and the world aboard cruise ships before returning to his native Delaware where he seeks challenging musical opportunities such as Tarkus.

Jukebox Musical Musical Theatre Ensemble Fall Showcase – WEDNESDAY
This fall, the student performers blend the best of jukebox musicals with energetic choreography and ensemble-driven storytelling. Our young performers will sing, dance, and act to Broadway’s best Jukebox Musicals such as Mamma Mia, Jersey Boys, Moulin Rouge, and more! Support our hardworking students at their Fall Showcase performance of Jukebox Musicals! About Musical Theatre Ensemble FEATURE VIDEOThe Musical Theatre Ensemble is a 10-week program on Tuesday nights from 5:30-7:30pm. $320 program fee.Our Musical Theatre Ensemble (MTE) classes will focus on each of the three main concentrations of musical theater; voice, dance, and acting. Great emphasis will be placed on recognizing the relevance of each discipline as it relates to musical theater and preparing students for auditions and musical theatre performances. Each class period will be devoted to- 1) vocal development, 2) improving acting skills, 3) learning choreography; all to help students develop musical theatre skills. The culmination of this course will result with students gaining a broader understanding of musical theater from their participation in a fun and exciting musical theatre performance experience that will increase their abilities and help them to become well rounded performers. About Triple Threat Ensemble Audition-Only Program. To Audition: Send a video singing a verse and chorus of a song that they feel best showcases their voice (No A Capella) to [email protected], Sing & Dance! Triple Threat Training Program is a 10-week program on Tuesday nights from 4:30-5:30pm (Triple Threat 1) OR 7:30-8:30 (Triple Threat 2). $160 program fee. To join the Milton Theatre’s Triple Threat Training Program, students must be dual-enrolled in Musical Theatre Ensemble for that session. A key term in musical theatre training is learning to be a ‘triple threat performer’, which means the ability to act, sing and dance to a high standard. The Triple Threat classes at the Milton Theatre bring these three disciplines together into a unified whole. The emphasis in these classes is to strengthen each of the elements equally to create a well-rounded Triple Threat performer. Only 10 students are accepted into the program each session
