About The Devil’s Brigade Website | Facebook | Video FORMERLY THE AMERICAN ROGUES THE DEVIL’S BRIGADE, formally known as the First Special Service Force, was a highly decorated Canadian/American commando unit in WWII. Their legendary heroism struck fear into the hearts of Nazis and their legacy can be traced directly to the Canadian Special Operations Regiment and Green Berets. The American Rogues have long supported Veterans and by becoming THE DEVIL’S BRIGADE we seek to not only honour those who serve but also reflect our own Canadian/American identity.Drawing favourable comparisons to Wolfstone, Afro Celt Sound System, and Trans-Siberian Orchestra and consistently providing performances from Grade 1 bagpipers and other world class musicians this high-energy Canadian/American group has electrified audiences on three continents for years. They have expanded their ever-growing family of fans at music festivals, theatres, military bases, weddings, memorial ceremonies, corporate events, and more. This has even included shows with world-renowned violinist/composers Lindsey Stirling and Alison Krauss, as well as airplay on TV and radio, and shows at non-Celtic venues such as the World Music Festival in Quebec where they have both kicked off and closed the 6 day event to widespread acclaim (they’ve been asked to play this festival 10 years in a row and counting).

Performing the works of ELO & THE TRAVELING WILBURYS! Six talented musicians doing the work of 13. About Atomic Light Orchestra Website | Facebook | YouTube ALO: Atomic Light Orchestra pays tribute to the music of ELO and The Traveling Wilburys with faithful, near record-like versions of all your favorite songs. Of course all the hits are here but so are the deep album tracks that you’ll remember. You’ll feel like you’re back in your bedroom at your parent’s house on the street where you grew up! Guaranteed to have you dancing and singing along, all night long. Reproducing the sound of ELO is a tough task. Just ask any musician. This band has the goods. Dennis Schocket’s (guitars and lead vocals) voice is directly influenced by Jeff Lynne. “I think Jeff is quite possibly the greatest, most under rated pop vocalist ever.” Gregg Simmons (lead guitar and lead vocals) is known for his great fret work but it’s his incredible falsetto that gets him noticed here. Gregg says “You can’t make ELO music without the high notes!” He’s right of course. Veteran keyboardist, John Kelly (keys, guitar and lead vocals) takes on the multiple rolls of keys and strings with effortless grace and joy. John says “This music is just so beautifully crafted.” Violinist Greta Thomas is the newest member of the band. She brings her classically trained excellence to every song. Multi-instrumentalist Bronson Wagner (bass, keys and lead vocals) has the difficult task of reproducing that epic ELO bass rumble, but does so with style and flair. Anchoring all this is drummer Phil Brotman, doing his best Bev Bevan impersonation. “I love this music. It’s just full of joy and love.”
