Adult Acting is an intellectually stimulating, 10-week workshop designed to bridge the gap between dramatic theory and powerful, practical performance. Whether you are stepping onto the stage for the very first time, returning to a lifelong passion, or looking to master the psychological art of storytelling, this class offers a sophisticated yet deeply accessible space to hone your craft.
Through focused scene study and monologue work, you will learn to look past the text on the page and dissect the human truth underneath. You won’t just memorize lines—you will discover how to live them.
When: Wednesday Nights | 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Dates: September 2 – November 4, 2026 (10-Week Session)
Tuition: $200
Who It’s For: Adults (18+) of all experience levels. Perfect for curious beginners looking for a creative outlet, or seasoned actors wanting to sharpen their analytical skills and audition material.
The Theory: Text analysis, objective-driven acting techniques, and breaking down script beats to understand why a character speaks and moves.
The Performance: Practical scene study and monologue preparation. You will work closely with scene partners to build chemistry, master spatial awareness, and command the room.
The Feedback: A highly supportive, constructive masterclass-style environment where you can take creative risks and receive tailored coaching to elevate your delivery.
Note: Students are encouraged to bring a notebook and a pencil. Handouts and scripts will be provided. Come ready to dive deep, take risks, and unlock the performer within!
