Love the grace of ballet but want a fun, casual way to workout? This class is for you!
Forget the intimidating, hyper-intense fitness studios. This 10-week adult class is a welcoming, music-forward journey designed for anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals of ballet-inspired movement at a relaxed, comfortable pace.
Whether you’re completely new to the barre or looking to revisit classical lines in a zero-pressure environment, this class will help you build core strength, improve your posture, and master beautiful ballet-inspired techniques. No previous dance experience required—just show up, move, and have fun!


When: Monday Nights | 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Duration: 10-Week Program (August 31 – November 2, 2026)
Tuition: $200
Who It’s For: Adults of all fitness and experience levels who want a great workout rooted in ballet, without the stress of a rigid dance studio.
The Barre: Traditional, low-impact ballet barre work modified for all bodies. We will focus on building functional strength, balance, and elegant posture.
The Center: Simple, graceful center-floor progressions and basic ballet combinations set to upbeat, motivating music.
The Environment: Welcoming, lighthearted, and completely supportive. This is a space to learn, sweat, and smile.
What to Wear: Please wear comfortable athletic attire or dancewear. Ballet slippers or grip socks are highly recommended. Don’t forget your water bottle!
Class size is limited to 15 students to ensure personalized attention.
